Bryan and colleagues will refer Marriage and Child Custody to Mediator Colleagues who are specifically qualified in these sensitive matters.

There are situations where, particularly with Employment Law, Tribunals have been appointed to settle a dispute. In these cases mediation between the parties can resolve the points of agreement and place the remaining disagreements in better and clearer perspective prior to the tribunal hearing.

It is advised that you remember you may employ your solicitor/barrister to attend the mediation. Any mediated agreement of your dispute will be by agreement (binding) and does not always follow the law. Bryan and colleagues invite you to have an informal talk with them regarding the resolution of any Dispute that involves you.
